Ingredients:

3 cups full-fat, properly fermented yogurt

2 cups raspberries or blackberries (or a mix)

2 cups blueberries or strawberries (or a mix)

4 teaspoons honey (or to taste)
Instructions:

Prepare the Fruit: Wash berries thoroughly. Divide evenly into four bowls.

Add Yogurt: Spoon ¾ cup of yogurt into each bowl over the fruit.

Drizzle with Honey: Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each bowl (adjust to taste).
