Heat the waffle iron up
In a mixing bowl add the eggs
Whisk the eggs until fluffy
Add salt, baking soda, and sourdough
Mix well and you should see air bubbles the batter will become fluffy
Oil the waffle iron with butter, lard, or tallow
Ladle the batter evenly on the waffle iron
Shut the waffle iron and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Top with fresh fruit and honey or syrup
