Cast Iron skillet or pan
Spatula
Ingredients
2
Cups
Sourdough starter
3 or 4
Farm fresh eggs
1
TSP
Baking soda
Instructions
Heat butter in the pan. DO NOT use butter sparingly
In a mixing bowl add the eggs, sourdough, and baking soda
Mix well
Scoop out in a small amount
Flip when bubbly
The pancakes are done when golden brown
Notes
Server with fruit, maple syrup, or a honey mixture. Leftovers work great with PBJ for lunch .
