Instructions
Put
egg yolk
and
honey
into a bowl or a stand mixer.
Whip on high for 2 to 4 minutes
Pour into ramekins you can freeze enjoy like ice-cream or freeze. Enjoy!

You can add fresh fruit of your choice.
