Ingredients
1
quart stock (chicken or pork)
Leftover pork (any pork will do)
1
small onion
6
carrots (I use leftovers from the night before)
1
Bayleaf
2 or 3 TBS of Italian Seasons
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut pork into small chunks and place in the crockpot
Peel onion, Cut the onion in half then dice
Add bay leaf and seasoning
Peel carrots, Slice the carrots, and add carrots to the pot
Set the crockpot set on high for 3 hours
Notes
To save time in the kitchen for me while cooking breakfast I make Pork soup. Lunch is ready on time and there is less clean-up. WIN-WIN!
