Honey Sweetened Vanilla Custard
A creamy, nourishing treat perfect for restful sleep, afternoon cravings, or even soothing little ones.
Ingredients:

1 cup cream

3 egg yolks + 1 whole egg

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2–3 tablespoons honey
-
Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 340°F.

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on low just until combined (avoid making it frothy).

Pour mixture into 6–10 small oven-safe cups.

Place cups in a deep baking dish. Fill the dish with hot water to reach about ⅔ up the sides of the cups.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until custard is set and firm when tested with a toothpick.

Let cool slightly. If slightly undercooked, leave cups in the hot water to finish setting.
