Home Made Ketchup

Equipment

  • 1 16 oz pint jar
  • canning funnel
  • pot

Ingredients

  • 14 oz tomato paste
  • ⅔ cup honey (to taste)
  • 4 tbsp apple cyder vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bayleaf

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small pot and together.
  • remove bayleaf
  • Place on the stove and bring to a slight boil, reduce heat and simmer until the consistency you prefer. Store in the fridge.
