RAW MILK CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Warm on the stovetop (medium heat do not boil)

1 cup raw milk

1 1/2 TBS gelatin

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 TBS butter
Heat to 95°F to activate the gelatin, then remove from heat
Combine all the ingredients together

2 cups raw milk
-
1/2 cup raw honey
-
1/4 cup cocoa powder
-
heated mixture
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Wisk until smooth
Pour into desired container(s)
Chill for 12-24 hrs in the fridge
Whipped Cream Topping
-
2 cups cream
-
2 TBS honey
- Pinch of salt
Whip until stiff!
